Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Coaches must provide accurate credentials, and athletes agree to adhere to scheduled training guidelines and community safety codes.
All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling policies strictly follow individual session and subscription rules.
The platform provides matchmaking and verification services. We are not liable for athletic injury or damages incurred during independent in-person training sessions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, fail background checks, or engage in abusive conduct.
